ABOUT THE CHRISTINA ALLIANCE

The Christina Alliance seeks to honor the legacy of Christina Yuna Lee with meaningful action. Thanks to the support of our generous community and contributions through our GoFundMe campaign, we were able to raise $421,774 committed to supporting organizations such as Womankind, Planned Parenthood, Elizabeth Street Garden and Safewalks. A small portion of the funds will also go towards planting a tree and memorial bench at Prospect Park, one of Christina’s favorite places in the city.

Our work will not end here. The remaining funds will go towards funding The Christina Alliance, Inc., a 501(c)(3) not for profit organization. Our work includes continued charitable gifting as well as advocacy efforts for causes that were important to Christina and others that have the power to ensure that nothing like what happened to Christina will happen to anyone else ever again.

Once The Christina Alliance Inc. is fully functional and operating, we will host regular events open to all of our community with a donation-based entry. Keep an eye on our calendar for dates and details.
